NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leak: Full Grades Published

The full 2026 NFLPA report cards, which assign letter grades to all 32 teams on topics such as locker rooms, training staff, and family treatment, were posted by ESPN’s Kalyn Kahler after the NFL’s grievance prevented public release.

The cards are based on responses from 1,759 players surveyed between Nov. 2 and Dec. 11, 2025. While the arbitrator barred the union from publishing the results, it allowed the cards to be shared with players, but the NFL demanded they remain confidential.
