Jalen Duren posted a career-high 33 points and 16 rebounds to propel the Detroit Pistons to a 122-119 overtime win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Cade Cunningham also contributed 25 points before fouling out, while Daniss Jenkins hit clutch free throws late in regulation to force the extra period.

The Pistons shot just 22.2% from three-point range but held on defensively in overtime, improving their Eastern Conference lead to 8.5 games over the Cavaliers.
