Owner Tony Santic confirmed the death, noting the mare had earned 14 million Australian dollars ($10 million) in prize money during her career.

Jockey Glen Boss, who rode her to all three Cup victories, said the horse left a huge footprint in Australian history. The Victoria Racing Club paid tribute, calling her a true legend.
