Illinois and Indiana lawmakers are scheduled to vote Thursday on legislation that could determine the future location of the Chicago Bears stadium.

In Illinois, a House committee is set to hear a revised bill offering tax breaks to entice the Bears to Arlington Heights. Meanwhile, Indiana's full Senate is expected to pass its version to fund a stadium in Hammond.

Governor JB Pritzker has stated he will not allow taxpayers to be fleeced in the deal, though Chicago remains technically in the running.
