No. 1 Michigan (25-1, 15-1) defeated No. 7 Purdue 91-80 in West Lafayette, building a 20-point halftime lead with a 16-0 run. Nine Wolverines scored in the first half as Elliott Cadeau led with 17 points, Aday Mara added 10 points and 12 rebounds, and Yaxel Lendeborg had 13 points and seven assists.

The win extends Michigan's Big Ten lead to 2.5 games over Illinois and 3 games over Nebraska. Next, Michigan faces No. 3 Duke in a neutral-site matchup on Saturday before returning to conference play against Minnesota on Tuesday.
