McMillan Returns from Neck Injury, Bowles Optimistic

Jalen McMillan returned to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after missing the first 13 games of the 2025 season with a preseason neck injury. He finished the season with 12 receptions for 12 yards in the final four games, adding to his seven touchdowns in the last five games of his rookie year.

Head coach Todd Bowles praised McMillan’s resilience, noting he “fell on his neck and got up like nothing happened.” Bowles said the player’s work ethic and talent give the team confidence in his future contributions.
