Munday hires Jeff Ward as head football coach and athletic director

The Munday Moguls have found their next head football coach and athletic director.

Jeff Ward hired to take over the program.

He is a familiar face to Texoma sports fans, spending 16 years as a coach at City View. Most recently, during the 2025 football season, Ward was on the staff at Mineral Wells serving as offensive coordinator.

The class of 2003 Quanah High School Graduate is now getting his first chance to lead a football program, doing so in Munday where the Moguls are coming off a 4-6 season.

Last fall marked the programs most wins since 2017.
