Robert Woods Joins Rams as Assistant WR Coach

The Los Angeles Rams have named former wide receiver Robert Woods as their new assistant wide receiver coach for the 2026 season.

Woods signed a one-day contract with the Rams to retire with the franchise before taking the coaching position. He played five seasons in Los Angeles from 2017 to 2021, including back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons in 2018 and 2019.

The announcement also confirmed Kliff Kingsbury will serve as Sean McVay’s assistant head coach next season.
