Clear Fork junior Ava Boccio has been named Division V District 6 Player of the Year after averaging 17.1 points per game this season. Her performance helped the Colts capture their first league championship since 2004 when they went undefeated in the Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference.
Boccio was joined by teammates Brinley Barnett and Eliana Pelkey as first and second team selections respectively, as the Colts dominated the All-District 6 awards in their division.
