Radha's spinners dominated with five shared wickets, while Vrinda's 55 off 29 balls, including 12 boundaries, anchored the chase.
The victory moved India A to second place in Group A after their previous loss to UAE A. Vrinda received valuable support from Anushka Sharma (24 runs) as the pair added 78 for the second wicket, before Tejal Hasabnis finished the chase with 12 from five balls.
