Patriots' Diggs Pleads Not Guilty, Attorney Says Charges Will Drop

New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs pleaded not guilty to strangulation and assault charges. His attorney predicts the charges will be dropped.

Diggs appeared in Dedham District Court Friday, where his attorney, Mitchell Schuster, stated he believes Diggs is completely innocent and predicts the case will be dismissed.

The alleged incident occurred in December following a dispute over unpaid wages. Diggs was released on personal recognizance with a condition to avoid contact with the alleged victim.
