The Miami Dolphins might not have had much on-field success lately, but there is one area in which the Dolphins have been the best at: their stance as an NFL organization.

Based on the NFLPA's team report card, the Dolphins players are in an enviable position compared to the rest of the NFL, especially the AFC East.

But, with ESPN's Adam Schefter reporting the NFL has stopped the release of these report cards, last year's group is the last one fans will get. And on that report card, the Dolphins finished as the best graded team in the league, with straight A's in every category.

Dolphins end as the NFLPA's top organization after report cards stopped

The NFLPA released report cards after every season, with players giving their thoughts on the team facilities, treatment, and other aspects. There were 11 categories that each team was graded on. And the Dolphins placed very highly in all of them. Here are their grades and ranks for the final NFLPA team report cards:

Treatment of FamiliesA3rd
Food / Dining AreaA+1st
Nutritionist / DieticianA+2nd
Locker RoomA+4th
Training RoomA1st
Training StaffA1st
Weight RoomA+1st
Strength CoachesA+1st
Team TravelA+1st
Head CoachA+6th
OwnershipA+1st

These are some very impressive grades for the Dolphins. Of note is how the lowest graded area was with their head coach, Mike McDaniel.

He was fired after the 2025 season, but new head coach Jeff Hafley might've been able to reach the top spots in the league. But, with the NFL shutting down the publication of these report cards, fans will never know where these organizations are going forward.

Of the 11 categories, the Dolphins placed first in seven. That's incredibly impressive considering there are 31 other teams that could place in the top spot for those categories.

While the Dolphins could still improve in certain areas, with all of these categories being graded an A in the NFLPA team report card, it's hard to complain with how Stephen Ross is handling the organization.

The on-field product might not be at its best, but there's no doubting that the Dolphins have created an organization that's, by this report card, the best in all of the National Football League.

With these report cards no longer being released to the public after backlash from the NFL, led by New York Jets owner Woody Johnson (who's 29th-ranked received an F- grade for Ownership).

But, with these report cards coming to an end, the Dolphins will remain at the top spot. The Dolphins appear to be the class of the NFL, as the NFLPA report cards indicated they were the top-graded team from the 2024 NFL season.
