The 2025 NFL season is now complete with the Seattle Seahawks hoisting the Lombardi Trophy at the end of Super Bowl LX. Looking ahead to the 2026 season, oddsmakers are very down on the Pittsburgh Steelers and their chances of winning Super Bowl LXI.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Steelers have 100-1 odds of winning the Super Bowl, ranking 24th in the NFL. Additionally, they are 11th in terms of odds to win the AFC Championship, sandwiched between the Indianapolis Colts at No. 10 and the Cleveland Browns at No. 12. Outside of Cleveland, the only teams the Steelers rank ahead of in the AFC are the Tennessee Titans, Las Vegas Raiders, New York Jets, and Miami Dolphins.
Considering the Steelers’ lack of certainty at quarterback, combined with a lack of direction, it’s understandable why they would have such long odds. That said, who would have picked the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots to play in the Super Bowl at this time last year?
