Here is your full weekend schedule and how you can stream/watch it all!
Friday February 13th:
Softball vs Idaho State @ UTEP Noon
The Gophers will try and build on a 1-4 opening weekend in San Diego last weekend with a trip to El Paso, Texas for the Dr. Diane Natalicio Memorial Tournament on Friday. The Tigers come in at 3-2 on the season. First pitch is set for Noon with no stream available.
Indoor Track @ Tyson Invitational 1 PM SEC Network +
The Gopher Indoor Track and Field Team will head to its second to last regular season meet before the Big Ten Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas this weekend for the Tyson Invitational hosted by the Arkansas Razorbacks.
The University of Minnesota women’s track and field team came in at #21 in the third 2026 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) national rankings, the organization announced on February 10. Minnesota’s #21 ranking comes a week after the team was #18, which was the best indoor ranking for the women since 2021, when the squad was also #18. The women’s team had four different event groups that were ranked inside the top 20 nationally, highlighted by the No. 2 weight throw, the 5000m at #11, the 800m at #16 and the shot put at #18 in the country.
Fans will be able to watch the event live on SEC Network+, via ESPN
Softball @ UTEP 3 PM ESPN+

#3 Women’s Hockey @ #2 Ohio State 5 PM Fox9+/ B1g+
The #3 Ranked Minnesota Golden Gophers head to Columbus for a huge weekend series against #2 Ohio State on the ice this weekend. Both teams will be once again missing several players each as they continue to compete in the Olympic Games as the rest of their teammates continue to fight for postseason positioning. With four games left in the regular season Minnesota sits in third place in the WCHA, three points back of second place Ohio State. Wisconsin remains in first place two points ahead of the Buckeyes and five ahead of Minnesota. They Gophers have an insurmountable 17-point edge on #4 Minnesota-Duluth.
The Gophers took five of six points from St. Thomas in a home and home series last weekend winning on Friday in St Paul, but needing to go to a shootout for the extra conference point in Saturday’s home game. It was the first point the Gophers had ever dropped to the Tommies in the programs’ history, and could be costly to their chances of overtaking the Buckeyes for second place in the conference.
In the NPI, which is the ranking used to form the NCAA field, The Buckeyes sit comfortably in second place trailing only Wisconsin while Minnesota is in third place just ahead of Penn State. A big win in Columbus this weekend would go a long way to helping the Gophers lock down that #2 spot as we head into postseason action.
This weekend Ohio State is led by junior forward Jocelyn Amos with 31 points (16g, 15a), followed closely by senior forward Sloane Matthews with 30 points (12g, 18a). Both Joy Dunne and Hilda Svennson have more points, but are in Milan along with Mira Jungåker, Jenna Raunio and Sanni Vanhanen. Hailey MacLeod has been solid in net, recording four shutouts with a .927 save percentage and 1.61 goals-against average in 19 starts.
Faceoff on Friday is set for 5 PM and will air live on Fox9+ in Minnesota and stream on B1G+.
