Aaron Glenn made wholesale changes to his coaching staff already during the early stages of the 2026 NFL offseason.
Glenn and the New York Jetstabbed Frank Reich as the team's new offensive coordinator after already naming Brian Duker defensive coordinator.
Over the past week, the vacant assistant positions were filled in on both sides of the ball as it relates to New York's coaching staff. In total, the Jets have six new assistants on offense and four on defense.
Here are all of those hires on both offense and defense:
Offense
- Quarterbacks coach: Bill Musgrave.
- Offensive assistant/ assistant QB coach: Thomas Merkle.
- Assistant offensive line coach: Al Netter.
- Tight ends coach: Alfredo Roberts.
- Pass game coordinator: Seth Ryan.
- Offensive assistant: Matthew Sargent.
Defense
- Safeties coach: Ryan Slowik.
- Defensive assistant: Collin Bauer.
- Linebackers coach: Ben Bolling.
- Defensive assisant/nickel coach: Ronald Booker.
