Ravens Bring In Special Teams Veteran Ken Kotwica

Ravens Add Veteran Special Teams Coach Ken Kotwica to Staff

Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports the Baltimore Ravens are bringing in Ken Kotwica as a senior assistant on special teams. Kotwica most recently served as the Los Angeles Rams' interim special teams coordinator and previously served as a coordinator with Washington, the New York Jets, Denver, and Atlanta.

Kotwica brings much-needed experience to support the new special teams coordinator, Anthony Levine Sr., as he settles into the role. While Levine is a respected former Ravens captain with years of NFL experience, Kotwica has spent decades coaching special teams across multiple organizations and brings a deep background in the week-to-week details that can swing close games. His presence should provide Baltimore with an additional veteran voice in game planning, coverage, and situational decision-making.

The Ravens have long treated special teams as a priority, and adding a proven coach like Kotwica is another sign they’re intent on maintaining that standard. With Levine leading the unit and Kotwica providing support, Baltimore will look to maintain its edge in field position and execution as the coaching staff continues to come together ahead of the 2026 season.
