National League
Carlisle United 3 - 0 Yeovil Town FT
Carlisle made it five wins from their past six National League matches as they beat Yeovil 3-0 at Brunton Park to keep their promotion push on track.
Captain Morgan Feeney headed Carlisle into a fifth-minute lead, superbly latching on to Jack Ellis' deep cross, and the home side doubled their advantage 12 minutes later.
Stephen Wearne went down under Yeovil defender Finn Cousin-Dawson's challenge and Luke Armstrong converted his 10th goal of the season from the penalty spot.
The Cumbrians put the game to bed on the stroke of half-time when Ryan Galvin kept his composure after running clear on to Ellis' through-ball and slid home his first goal for the club.
Carlisle continued to create chances in the second period, with Armstrong denied by Yeovil goalkeeper Jed Ward and substitute Chris Conn-Clarke's flicked effort ruled out for offside.
