SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The top-ranked Brandon Valley girls and Lincoln boys both earned narrow wins on Tuesday evening in Sioux Falls.
#1 Brandon Valley met #3 Washington in the KELOLAND Sports Game of the Week. The Lynx built an 18 point lead in the second quarter, but Washington came surging back. The Warriors tied the game and forced overtime. The Lynx would go on to win 65-60.
Alyvia Padgett scored a game high 37 points for the Lynx.
Lincoln also had a strong start against O’Gorman. The Patriots led by double figures in the first half, but the Knights closed the gap. The Pats would hang on for a 69-67 win.
