Charlie Woods, son of Tiger Woods, commits to Florida State

The next step for Charlie Woods, the son of legendary golfer Tiger Woods, has been announced.

Charlie, a junior standout at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach, took to Instagram announcing that he will be playing college golf at Florida State.

The younger Woods has been a standout at the high school level helping The Benjamin School win state titles in 2023 and this last season. He played a major role in the latest championship shooting 4-under-par 68 in the final round at Mission Inn Resort.

Charlie finished the event 2-under-par for the event.

In 2020 Charlie joined his 15-time major-winning father playing in the PNC Championship. he was the youngest competitor playing at just 11-years-old as he and his dad finished second behind John Daly and John Daly II.

Also competing on the junior/amateur circuit, Woods has competed in several events winning the AJGA Team TayorMade Invitational last May. In that event he earned first-team AJGA Rolex Junior All-American honors.

Charlie currently ranks No. 21 in the AJGA rankings.
