Brann's Ingason Suspended for Two Games

Brann's Kristall Mani Ingason has been suspended for two matches following a red card in the team's recent game against Bodø/Glimt. The Icelandic defender scored for Brann before being shown a yellow card in a challenge that hit Glimt's Patrick Berg in the leg. After a VAR review, the yellow card was upgraded to red, leading to the suspension from Norges Fotballforbund's (NFF) disciplinary committee. tbzikra.org

The suspension means Ingason will miss Brann's upcoming matches against Viking at home and Vålerenga away. The incident also caused controversy after the match, with Brann's assistant coach Eirik Huseklepp and Glimt's manager Kjetil Knudsen having a confrontation during post-match interviews.
