Diggs, who faces charges of felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery, has pleaded not guilty to allegations that he assaulted his former private chef at his Dedham home on December 2, 2025. Prosecutors claim the incident occurred during a dispute over unpaid wages. Diggs was released by the Patriots in March and is currently a free agent.
