Blugold Women's Lacrosse Advances to WIAC Semis

The UW-Eau Claire women's lacrosse team defeated the College of Saint Benedict 15-13 to advance to the WIAC semifinals.

The fourth quarter saw UW-Eau Claire pull away, with Ellie Fisher leading the offense with four goals and an assist. Reegan Werner contributed three goals and three assists, while Jess Stiller added three goals. chincha.pl

UW-Eau Claire will host No. 1 seed Colorado College in the semifinals at 3 p.m. Friday at Simpson Field. The Blugolds currently hold an 8-5 record.
