Aksel Lund Svindal has confirmed he will not continue coaching Lindsey Vonn. The partnership ended as the 41-year-old legend battles through multiple surgeries following an Olympic injury.

Svindal told VG that the relationship is over. "It is done. Unfortunately, she needs more physiotherapists and doctors than ski coaches now," he stated. Vonn won two World Cup races before the season ended, but the downhill crash at the Olympics proved too damaging.
