Tom Bischof captained the Germany U21s to a crucial 2-0 win over Greece in European Championship qualifying, setting up both goals to move his side to the top of the group.

Hiroki Ito also celebrated a 1-0 friendly victory over England at Wembley, though Harry Kane was rested. Meanwhile, Konrad Laimer featured for Austria despite a 1-0 loss to South Korea, while Nicolas Jackson was unused in Senegal's 3-1 win.
