Michael Chiesa secured a dominant victory over Niko Price to officially retire from MMA at UFC Fight Night 271, finishing the bout with a rear-naked choke just 63 seconds into the first round.

Chiesa took Price down and locked in his signature rear-naked choke, forcing the tap out in Seattle. After the win, the 'Ultimate Fighter 15' winner celebrated with his family and delivered an emotional speech thanking the crowd for supporting his journey.

Chiesa departs the sport tied for fifth in UFC history for submission victories.
