Roony Bardghji Calls for More Minutes at Barcelona

Roony Bardghji has publicly stated that he feels he deserves more minutes at Barcelona, expressing dissatisfaction with his limited starts in the 2025-26 season.

Roony Bardghji, who joined Barcelona in the summer, has made only four La Liga starts this season and has been used mainly as a substitute. The 19‑year‑old told Swedish TV that he has had very little playing time and, while patient, believes he deserves to play more. He added that he is not 100% happy with his bit‑part role but respects his teammates and remains confident in his abilities.

Despite talks of a winter loan, Barcelona has kept him, and he has appeared nine times since the new year, starting against Athletic Club in the Super Cup, Slavia Prague in the Champions League and Sevilla in La Liga.
