MLB Teams Find New TV Channels After Regional Networks Collapse

Nine MLB teams, including the Mariners, Nationals, and Braves, scrambled to find new broadcast partners after the bankruptcy of Main Street Sports.

With Main Street Sports' collapse, the Nationals, Brewers, Cardinals, Marlins, Rays, Reds, Royals, and Tigers have moved to MLB Network or launched new regional networks. The Seattle Mariners, who shuttered ROOT Sports NW, have also provided new channel listings for their broadcast territory, including Comcast Xfinity 1261 and DirecTV 687.

Teams like the Tigers and Braves are starting their own RSNs, while others fall under MLB's umbrella. Fans in various regions, such as Washington and St. Louis, can now find games on Spectrum, Xfinity, and other carriers as early listings emerge.
