Campbell Plans Spring Game Format for Penn State

New Penn State head coach Matt Campbell is still determining the format for the upcoming Blue-White Game scheduled for April 25, while emphasizing its importance for fan connection and player experience.

During his spring press conference on Tuesday, Campbell acknowledged the tradition of the spring game while noting he wants to maintain the fan connection. 'I think it's really important for us and how critical our fan base is to our football program that we get out and have an opportunity for our fans to be with us,' Campbell said.

The coach indicated they will evaluate the 15th practice to determine the final format, with hopes of including some scrimmaging with live reps. 'What we won't do is waste a day,' Campbell added, reaffirming his commitment to creating a meaningful experience for both players and fans.
