The New York Giants have placed linebacker Brian Burns on injured reserve after he tore his ACL in Sunday's loss, while signing wide receiver Charlie Jones from the practice squad.

Burns joins quarterback Jaxson Dart on the sideline for the rest of the 2026 season. To fill the roster spots, the Giants released Odell Beckham Jr. and signed Braxton Berrios and Charlie Jones. Jones brings return experience, having recorded three touchdowns during his time with the Cincinnati Bengals.

With Burns sidelined, Abdul Carter and Kayvon Thibodeaux are expected to take over as the primary pass rushers. beltedkingfisher.blog
