Former NFL QB Bob Lee dies at 81

Lee, a 17th-round pick in 1968, spent most of his career with the Minnesota Vikings and later played for the Falcons and Rams. He famously won an NFL championship as a rookie in 1969, finishing with a 19-11 record as a starter.

After his playing days, Lee served as the director of athletics at the University of Pacific from 1991 to 1996. He is survived by his wife, Janice, and their children. afsport.lat
