49ers Sign S Ashtyn Davis to One-Year Deal

The 49ers have signed safety Ashtyn Davis to a one-year deal, announcing the move on Tuesday. In a corresponding move, the team waived running back Jermar Jefferson.

Davis, who spent last season with the Dolphins, appeared in 15 games with 12 starts and recorded 63 tackles, four passes defensed, one interception and one forced fumble. The 2020 third-round pick of the Jets has appeared in 84 career games with 34 starts. beltedkingfisher.blog
