Jackson Motivated to Finish Career with Ravens Ring

Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers says quarterback Lamar Jackson is more motivated than ever to finish his career with Baltimore and win a Super Bowl ring.

Zay Flowers revealed on Wednesday that Lamar Jackson is more motivated than ever during the start of the Jesse Minter era. The two-time NFL MVP, who typically skips voluntary offseason workouts, showed up on Day 1 and expressed excitement about the new coaching staff, particularly offensive coordinator Declan Doyle.

"He wants to finish. He wants to get a ring," Flowers said. Other team leaders including Derrick Henry, Kyle Hamilton and Roquan Smith were also present for the start of strength and conditioning work. The Ravens, who haven't reached the Super Bowl since 2012, fired John Harbaugh after 18 seasons following a 6-7 season in 2025.
