Brunson's Clutch Performance Lifts Knicks Past Pelicans

Jalen Brunson delivered a dominant fourth-quarter performance, scoring 15 of his 32 points to lead the Knicks to a 121-117 victory over the Pelicans at Madison Square Garden.

Despite the Knicks leading by only four points with 1:41 remaining, Brunson took control of the game with clutch plays. He scored 10 straight points and five of the team's final seven points, including going 7-for-7 from the free-throw line in the final frame.

Coach Mike Brown praised Brunson's ability to perform under pressure, comparing him to elite players like Steph Curry. "That's what great players do," Brown said. "When it matters the most, when the pressure's the highest." Teammate Josh Hart added, "That's a position he wants to be in," noting that Brunson demonstrated his superstar status in the final minutes.
