Legacy Motor Club Parting Ways with Nemechek

Legacy Motor Club will not retain John Hunter Nemechek for the 2027 NASCAR Cup Series season, the team announced.

John Hunter Nemechek, 29, joined Legacy Motor Club at the start of the 2024 season, recording points finishes of 34th and 25th. He currently sits 27th in the 2026 championship standings, trailing teammate Erik Jones in 21st by 80 points after Daytona.
