The visitors will be responding to the long-expected sealing of their demotion to the Championship, a loss to Manchester City at Turf Moor confirming their place in the bottom three.
There are a lot of questions about Burnley and boss Scott Parker and eyes will be on their reaction to the drop. The Clarets are three points above basement-dwelling Wolves and will play their fellow relegated side at Turf Moor to finish the season on May 24.

Leeds v Burnley prediction
Desperation is usually a tiebreaker but Burnley may also do what many just-relegated clubs do and play with freedom now that the burden's been lifted off them and their fate is definite. We're not sure, however, that Burnley have the attacking talent for freedom to make much of a difference because expecting a sudden uptick from the league's worst defensive unit — despite the best efforts of Martin Dubravka — is unrealistic. Leeds 3-1 Burnley.
Florida signs former Jacksonville basketball player Jaylen Jordan to play TE
Former Jacksonville power forward Jaylen Jordan has signed a financial agreement to play tight end with the Florida Gators, according to On3’s Pete Nakos. The 6-foot-8, 235-pound Jordon will have one season of eligibility remaining in Gainesville.
Jordon becomes the latest collegiate basketball player to make the full-time transition to football after exhausting his basketball eligibility. He was offered a scholarship to play tight end by first-year Gators head coach Jon Sumrall during his visit to campus this week.

Three Kentucky Wildcats were invited to the NBA Draft Combine
The 2026 NBA draft isn't far off, and this month's NBA Draft Combine will go a long way in helping determine which players will hear their names called. Aspiring draftees will get a chance to show off their skills, and try to convince teams they are worth selecting. Three Kentucky Wildcats will be in that group.
Guard Otega Oweh is the player who, perhaps, needs this event the most. Though he was a star at Kentucky, he may not be drafted. His game isn't typical of where the NBA is at these days. He doesn't shoot threes particularly well, and relies on a lot of mid-range jumpers. However, he's a good defender and can get to the rim, so he could find a niche.
Jayden Quaintance is a likely first round pick, and possibly goes in the top 20. He is a great rebounder and rim protector, though his offensive game needs polish. He will need to use the combine to show his knee is healthy.
Malachi Moreno is currently projected as a second round pick. He has NBA size and has flashed a diverse skill set. With some further development, he could be a lottery pick, which is why most expect him to return to Kentucky for next season.
The combine takes place from May 10 - 17, and the deadline to return to school is May 27. Good luck to all three Wildcats.

For Joe Mazzulla, depth key for Game 7 vs. 76ers, but playing Boston Celtics ball more so
All season, one of the things that has defined the Boston Celtics exceeding expectations has been their ability to find whatever a particular game needs in their depth. In some ways, it mirrors the success of the Indiana Pacers last season, though the composition and style of play are different for the Celtics. But in the postseason, conventional wisdom (excepting, of course, Indy) has shown that teams which lean into their best players win more.
Part of this is the tendency for postseason play to find and exploit the weaknesses of a team's less well-rounded players, sometimes even rendering regular season stalwarts unplayable. But we have also seen using depth and adaptive strategy around core strengths succeed with the Pacers. Speaking via conference call Friday (May 1), Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla confirmed that despite having shortened the rotation for the first round, he still sees depth as a strength. "I think you're always trying to look to take advantage of the roster you have," he said, "and ... it's been a strength of our team throughout the regular season, something we tried to do throughout the first six games as well."
To his credit, particularly later in the series vs. the Philadelphia 76ers, we have seen more of Jordan Walsh, Baylor Scheierman, and Luka Garza in meaningful minutes. But for the Boston coach, executing the ball-movement style of play that helped them win this season is also -- perhaps even more -- important.
"Regardless of who plays, just executing the game plan, executing their details," said Mazzulla when asked what he's looking for when considering at the team's rotation vs. Philly. "Do a better job of the margins. Whether it's offensive rebound, taking care of the ball, defensive rebounds, it's just regardless of who's playing, sticking to that process."
If the Celtics do adapt to how the Sixers are defending them (and how the game has been called) while staying true to their fundamentals and players who've helped them win this season, a showdown with the New York Knicks in the East Semis will be their reward.
But if they continue to play as they have been in the losses, it will be an early exit from the postseason, followed by some hard questions in the offseason about the future of this roster.
